Refund policy
14-day right of withdrawal
If you're an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your Pro subscription within 14 days of signing up, no questions asked, and receive a full refund.
What this means in practice : you can try Metrics Pro for two weeks and, if it's not for you, get every euro back. That's it.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@hey-metrics.com with your account email and a short note saying you'd like to withdraw — no justification needed.
- Or open the Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal from your account page and request a refund directly from there.
We aim to confirm receipt within 2 business days.
Refund processing
Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record) and credited back to the original payment method you used at checkout.
- Card payments : typically 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal : usually 1 to 3 business days
- SEPA / bank transfer : up to 10 business days
The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. Lemon Squeezy sends you a confirmation email the moment the refund is initiated.
After the 14-day window
Once the 14-day withdrawal period has passed, refunds are no longer due for the current billing period under EU consumer law (Art. L221-25 of the French Consumer Code). However :
- You can cancel anytime from your account page to stop the next auto-renewal.
- Your access remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- If something exceptional happens (extended service outage, major issue on our side), reach out — we look at each case individually and we're not in the business of being rigid.
Yearly subscriptions
Yearly subscriptions are eligible for the same 14-day full refund window from the day of purchase or renewal. After 14 days, no pro-rata refund is owed for the remaining months, but you keep access until the end of the paid year and the subscription won't renew if you cancel.
Beta program
Beta access is free and granted by invitation, so there's nothing to refund. If you'd simply like to leave the beta, email us and we'll close your account.
Exceptions
We may decline a refund request only in cases of demonstrable abuse — for example, repeated signups followed by immediate refund requests, or violations of our Terms (sharing accounts, scraping at scale, etc.).
